STCC offers a variety of specialized training for employees with programs such as the customized workforce training programs and the STMA Apprenticeship Programs. Their partnership for Workforce Training and Continuing Education program offers Pre-Employment screening and testing, basic work skills training, job preparation and workplace literacy training. The STMA Apprenticeship Program offers apprentices the unique opportunity to receive classroom instruction along with practical, hands-on training.
