Leroy Moreno Receives EDC Chairmans Award

The Economic Development Corporation of Weslaco presented Leroy Moreno, of Moreno’s Feed & Pet Store, Inc. with their Chairmans Award on Thursday, November 18, 2004 during the Ribbon Cutting of their new location at 2424 E. Highway Business 83 in Weslaco. Mayor Joe Sanchez and Hernan Gonzalez, Executive Director of the EDC, presented Moreno with the award. The EDC’s Board of Directors awarded Moreno for the development of the commercial complex where his store is now located
