Doubts and Questions Answered at another Lunch and Learn on Health and Fire Inspections

Mike Swinnea, fire inspector from the Weslaco Fire Department offered some guidance to local businesses on safety precautions. Joe Pedraza, health inspector, explained requirements and regulations for businesses that serve food. For some the session was a review, but everyone received useful guidelines that will contribute to the success of their business.
