Downtown Weslaco Welcomes Casa Kevin
WESLACO, Texas – The Economic Development Corporation of Weslaco (EDCW) welcomes the opening of Casa Kevin located at 340 S. Texas Blvd. in Weslaco, TX. The Weslaco store marks its 7th location in the Rio Grande Valley.
“We are excited that a store like Casa Kevin chose to be strategically located in Weslaco’s Historic Downtown,” said Jerry Gonzalez, EDCW Board of Directors Vice President, “this speaks volumes to the growth of our downtown area and the potential that business owners see within our community and do not rely on heavy traffic areas”.
Casa Kevin is a family-owned local business that started in 1984. They are known as a wholesale, retail store that provides shoppers with an affordable and competitive price on various products that range from household items, seasonal goods, toys, and much more.
The grand opening was held on August 1st and the EDCW had the opportunity to visit and get a first-hand look at all the incredible items and the line of shoppers waiting to get their hands on a good deal.
